Position Summary

As a Guest Support Advisor, you will help travelers navigate their vacation planning by researching requested options, coordinating arrangements, and providing dependable assistance as their trip approaches.

This is a beginner-friendly opportunity for individuals interested in customer service, hospitality, or vacation planning. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational support are provided.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist travelers with vacation inquiries by learning about their preferred destinations, dates, interests, and budget, then researching suitable accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and packages.
  • Help clients review their options and coordinate requested services using approved supplier and reservation resources.
  • Organize booking information, confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and important pre-departure requirements.
  • Provide responsive client support, communicate updates, follow up on pending items, and assist with routine reservation changes or special requests.
  • Review booking details for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and participate in ongoing supplier and destination education.
