Overview

We are seeking personable, organized individuals who enjoy helping others make confident vacation decisions. As a Client-Focused Travel Advisor, you will provide personalized assistance to travelers from their initial inquiry through the coordination of their selected arrangements.

You'll learn what matters most to each client, research experiences that fit their needs, and help organize the details of their trip. Requests may include cruises, resort vacations, family getaways, romantic escapes, group trips, tours, and international experiences.

Previous industry experience is not necessary. Training, educational resources, and continued guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients and learn about their vacation interests, priorities, and spending preferences
  • Explore destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and package options
  • Compare available choices and identify experiences that align with client requests
  • Prepare personalized recommendations and explain available options clearly
  • Coordinate selected arrangements using authorized supplier resources
  • Monitor confirmations, reservation details, important dates, and client requests
  • Review itineraries and booking information for completeness and accuracy
  • Keep travelers informed of relevant updates and next steps
  • Respond professionally to questions and assist with routine booking needs
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of client communications and arrangements
  • Communicate through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
  • Continue learning about destinations, supplier products, promotions, and industry developments
  • Deliver responsive service that encourages client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals

  • Able to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable researching and comparing information online
  • Able to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Dependable, motivated, and receptive to training
  • No previous travel industry experience required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or other qualifying regions
