Position Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for organized, motivated individuals to join us as Vacation Packaging Specialist. In this role, you will help travelers create complete vacation packages by coordinating flights, accommodations, activities, and other travel experiences into seamless itineraries.

As a Vacation Packaging Specialist, you will assist clients in designing personalized travel plans — from relaxing beach retreats and cruise vacations to exciting international trips. Youll work remotely while helping clients simplify the planning process by bundling travel services into well-organized vacation packages.

Responsibilities

• Help clients build customized vacation packages based on their travel preferences and budget

• Coordinate travel services including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions

• Research destinations and recommend travel options that match client interests

• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital platforms

• Manage the full booking process with travel suppliers and partners

• Stay updated on travel promotions, new destinations, and supplier offerings

• Maintain organized client records, itineraries, and booking confirmations

• Deliver excellent service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel planning experience

Qualifications
