Summary

Were growing our team and currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Cruise & Resort Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and reserving memorable cruise vacations and resort getaways at some of the worlds most sought-after destinations.

Working remotely, youll guide travelers through their vacation options, helping them select cruises, resorts, and experiences that match their travel style, preferences, and budget. From Caribbean cruises to luxury all-inclusive resorts, youll play a key role in helping clients create relaxing and unforgettable escapes.

This position is a great fit for individuals who enjoy travel, have strong communication skills, and want a flexible opportunity with room to grow in the travel industry. Training, certification guidance, and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise vacations and resort stays

• Research destinations and recommend travel options based on client preferences

• Arrange travel components such as cruises, resort accommodations, excursions, and activities

• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital messaging platforms

• Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates with travel suppliers

• Stay informed about cruise lines, resort promotions, and travel deals

• Maintain accurate client profiles, booking details, and travel itineraries

• Provide excellent service to encourage repeat and referral clients

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, especially cruise vacations and resort destinations

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently while managing responsibilities remotely
