Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to research and design personalized vacation experiences

• Arrange flights, hotels, cruises, tours, excursions, and specialty travel

• Provide expert recommendations and destination guidance

• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and digital platforms

• Build lasting client relationships that encourage repeat and referral business

• Coordinate reservations and confirmations with trusted travel partners

• Stay current on travel trends, supplier promotions, and industry updates

• Maintain organized records and accurate booking details

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for travel and customer service

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Comfortable using online systems and basic computer applications

• At least 18 years of age

• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved region
