Requirements

• Plan and book domestic and international vacations, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and special packages

• Serve clients by understanding their preferences, budgets, and travel goals

• Maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat business through referrals

• Prepare and process trip documents, invoices, and confirmations

• Cross-sell additional products to enhance client travel experiences

• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings

• Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with computers and able to multitask across platforms

• Previous travel agent experience is a plus but not required

• Fluency in English; multilingual skills are a plus

• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively

• Knowledge of domestic and international travel trends

• Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or related degree is a plus

• Personal travel experience is highly valued
