Position Overview
Our remote travel services team is continuing to expand, and we're looking for dependable, service-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Support Coordinators. In this role, you'll help clients stay organized throughout the travel planning process by assisting with trip logistics, reservation tracking, and travel-related support from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Support clients with vacation planning needs, scheduling requests, and travel preferences
- Assist with coordinating hotels, transportation, cruises, tours, activities, and other travel components
- Review travel options and availability through approved supplier and booking systems
- Provide updates regarding confirmations, itinerary timelines, and reservation status
- Respond to questions and service requests through phone, email, and online communication channels
- Help manage booking adjustments, itinerary updates, and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate client information and organized planning records within internal systems
- Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel opportunities
- Participate in onboarding sessions, virtual meetings, and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with email, online platforms, and basic computer applications
- Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another approved hiring region
