As a Destination Coordination Assistant, you will help organize travel arrangements, research destination options, and support clients as they move through their planning process in a remote environment.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Help coordinate trip details such as lodging, flights, cruises, and activity reservations
  • Research destination ideas that align with traveler interests and budgets
  • Provide helpful travel suggestions when appropriate
  • Communicate with travelers using email, messaging systems, and occasional phone contact
  • Work alongside supplier partners to verify reservation details
  • Stay informed on seasonal offers and travel updates
  • Maintain organized records within booking platforms
  • Support travelers from early planning through finalized arrangements
Candidate Qualifications
  • Interest in assisting with travel coordination tasks
  • Clear and professional communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Comfortable completing tasks independently in a virtual workspace
  • Familiarity with basic computer tools and online research
  • Minimum age requirement of 18
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved location
  • Prior industry experience is not required; onboarding support is provided
