Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our remote team as Guest Services Assistants. In this role, you will play an important part in helping clients prepare for upcoming travel by assisting with trip logistics, coordinating service details, and providing exceptional support throughout the planning journey.

Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout the travel preparation process
- Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, cruises, flights, sightseeing opportunities, and vacation experiences
- Research available travel options and review suitable selections based on client requests
- Monitor reservation activity and help ensure travel information is accurate and up to date
- Provide prompt assistance through email, phone, and online communication channels
- Help resolve scheduling concerns and support travel-related updates when needed
- Maintain organized records and client information within company platforms
- Stay informed on destination insights, supplier updates, and special travel promotions
- Participate in virtual training programs, team meetings, and professional development activities
