Overview
We are currently adding new members to our remote travel team and seeking individuals who enjoy helping others create memorable vacation experiences. As a Personalized Getaway Advisor, you will work with clients to arrange customized travel plans, assist with destination selection, and coordinate important trip details based on individual preferences and goals.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in people-focused environments, handling organization-based tasks, and learning about destinations around the world. From beach vacations to cruises and guided experiences, you'll help clients navigate the planning process while working within a flexible virtual setup. Training and mentorship are available to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacations including accommodations, flights, cruises, transportation, and activities
• Explore travel options that match client interests, schedules, and budgets
• Share helpful travel suggestions and destination information
• Communicate with travelers through email, messaging platforms, and phone when appropriate
• Coordinate booking confirmations and updates with supplier partners
• Keep itineraries and client records accurate within internal systems
• Stay updated on travel opportunities, promotions, and destination highlights
• Support clients throughout the planning and reservation process

Qualifications

• Interest in travel services and customer-focused support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with computers and online communication tools
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other qualifying regions
• Previous travel experience is not required; onboarding and training are provided
