Role Summary

We're currently inviting enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our expanding remote team as Virtual Vacation Planning Specialist. In this position, you'll help travelers turn their ideas into well-structured vacation plans by assisting with destination selections, coordinating trip components, and guiding clients through the planning journey from start to finish.

Whether someone is planning a relaxing getaway or an international experience, your role will focus on keeping their arrangements clear, coordinated, and enjoyable throughout the process. Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support are provided, making this an excellent entry point into travel coordination services.

What You'll Do in This Role

  • Work with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and timing
  • Help organize vacation components such as flights, resorts, cruises, tours, and excursions
  • Share destination suggestions and helpful planning insights
  • Communicate with travelers using phone, email, and secure digital platforms
  • Coordinate reservation details with trusted travel partners
  • Monitor confirmation progress and provide planning updates
  • Maintain accurate planning notes within internal systems
