Summary
We are currently inviting applications from motivated individuals interested in building a flexible, independent role as an Independent Travel Advisor. In this position, you will assist clients with exploring travel ideas, organizing personalized itineraries, and guiding them through the process of turning vacation plans into confirmed arrangements.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, researching destinations, and managing their own workflow in a remote environment. Whether helping plan resort stays, cruise vacations, or international trips, you will play an important role in supporting clients throughout their planning journey. Training and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you get started successfully.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with selecting and organizing travel options including accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
- Review traveler preferences to recommend suitable destinations and experiences
- Provide helpful insights to support planning and decision-making
- Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when appropriate
- Coordinate booking confirmations with trusted supplier partners
- Maintain accurate itinerary and client records within internal systems
- Stay informed on travel updates, seasonal opportunities, and promotional offers
- Support clients from initial planning stages through finalized bookings
Candidate Qualifications
- Interest in travel advising and client-focused service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Comfortable organizing multiple client requests in a remote setting
- Familiarity with basic computer tools and online systems
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, Spain or another approved hiring region
