Key Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of reservations including accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Provide timely updates regarding planning progress and confirmation steps
  • Assist with reviewing available travel options through approved partner systems
  • Respond to client inquiries using email, phone, and secure digital communication tools
  • Maintain accurate coordination notes and service documentation
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing learning opportunities
