About This Opportunity
We are expanding our remote travel support team and are currently seeking proactive, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Planning Coordinators. In this role, you'll assist clients with organizing and coordinating travel arrangements while helping ensure each stage of the planning process runs smoothly and efficiently.
This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, handling details, and providing reliable support in a flexible work-from-home environment. No prior travel industry background is required—full training, onboarding, and continued mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to review travel preferences, schedules, and vacation goals
- Assist with arranging hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, excursions, and activities
- Research travel availability and compare options through approved booking platforms
- Provide updates regarding reservations, confirmations, and itinerary progress
- Respond to client questions through phone, email, and online communication channels
- Help coordinate booking changes, schedule adjustments, and follow-up requests
- Maintain organized client files and accurate travel documentation within internal systems
- Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and travel opportunities
- Participate in remote onboarding, virtual workshops, and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with online systems, email, and basic computer applications
- Reliable internet access and professional communication habits
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
- Interest in travel, hospitality, planning, or customer support roles
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another approved hiring region
