Overview
We're growing our remote team and looking for individuals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful travel experiences. As a Travel Specialist, you'll work with clients to organize trip details, explore destination options, and ensure their plans come together smoothly from the early stages through final booking.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of client interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination. You'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while building knowledge in the travel space with guidance and support provided along the way. No prior experience is required to get started.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients coordinate travel plans including accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
• Learn client preferences to recommend suitable destinations and experiences
• Provide helpful suggestions to enhance trip planning decisions
• Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed
• Work with travel partners to confirm reservations and updates
• Keep travel records organized and up to date within internal systems
• Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and destination opportunities
• Support clients throughout the planning and booking process

Qualifications

• Interest in travel planning and customer-focused roles
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient and structured way
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Meixco, Spain, Australia or qualifying regions
