Core Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, goals, and scheduling needs
  • Assist with organizing travel arrangements including hotels, flights, transportation, cruises, and activities
  • Research and review travel options using approved supplier and reservation platforms
  • Provide updates related to booking progress, confirmations, and itinerary timelines
  • Respond to client questions through phone, email, and digital communication systems
  • Help coordinate itinerary modifications, special requests, and follow-up support
  • Maintain organized records and accurate documentation within internal systems
  • Participate in onboarding programs, virtual trainings, and ongoing development sessions
