  • Help review travel selections through approved booking platforms
  • Provide updates regarding confirmations and planning progress
  • Respond to client questions using phone, email, and secure digital messaging tools
  • Support changes, adjustments, and follow-up service requests when needed
  • Maintain accurate records within internal coordination systems
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and continued training opportunities
