Overview
We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Appointment & Services Coordinator. In this role, you will assist clients with coordinating vacation-related services, managing important dates, and keeping planning information accurate and easy to follow.
This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, organizing schedules, researching options, and managing multiple details. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to gather travel dates, destination preferences, budget information, interests, and special requests.
- Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other services that match individual planning needs.
- Help coordinate requested arrangements and maintain organized appointment details, reservation information, confirmations, schedules, and itineraries.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending decisions or required information, provide updates, answer routine questions, and assist with standard changes.
- Monitor important dates, review details for accuracy, maintain current client records, and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier resources.
