We are seeking creative, detail-minded individuals to join our remote team as Custom Itinerary Specialist. In this position, you will help clients transform their vacation ideas into well-organized, personalized trip plans.

Your work may involve researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, excursions, and other experiences to create recommendations based on each traveler's interests, schedule, and budget. Requests can range from relaxing resort stays and couples getaways to family vacations, group trips, cruises, tours, and international adventures.

What You'll Do

  • Learn about each client's interests, vacation style, timeframe, and budget
  • Research destinations and experiences that complement their preferences
  • Identify suitable hotels, resorts, cruises, activities, tours, and transportation options
  • Build customized vacation recommendations and suggested itineraries
  • Help organize activities and experiences into practical trip schedules
  • Coordinate selected services using approved supplier resources
  • Keep reservation confirmations and itinerary information organized
  • Check dates, traveler details, and arrangements for accuracy
  • Monitor important payment and planning deadlines
  • Communicate with clients regarding selections, updates, and outstanding decisions
  • Assist with routine adjustments and special requests
  • Maintain accurate records throughout the planning process
  • Expand destination and supplier knowledge through continued education
