Position Summary

We are seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Assistance Specialists. This opportunity is designed for people who enjoy helping others, finding solutions, and managing the details that contribute to a positive vacation experience.

In this position, you will provide personalized assistance to clients who need help exploring vacation options, understanding available services, and completing their arrangements. You will support different types of leisure trips, including all-inclusive getaways, cruises, resort vacations, family adventures, couples escapes, group trips, tours, and international destinations.

Daily Activities & Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests and provide helpful information about vacation-planning services
  • Discuss individual preferences, desired destinations, travel schedules, and budget considerations
  • Research available vacation opportunities based on client interests
  • Locate suitable resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, and recreational activities
  • Organize vacation choices into easy-to-understand recommendations
  • Explain relevant pricing, amenities, package inclusions, and reservation policies
  • Assist clients with evaluating options and selecting preferred arrangements
  • Submit requested reservations through approved supplier booking platforms
  • Check traveler details, reservation dates, and selected services for accuracy
  • Prepare and maintain organized booking records and confirmation information
  • Monitor upcoming deposits, payment deadlines, and reservation requirements
  • Contact clients regarding missing details, pending decisions, or necessary updates
  • Communicate important information before scheduled departures
  • Assist with routine reservation adjustments and general service questions
  • Document client interactions and maintain updated electronic files
  • Stay informed about destination offerings, supplier updates, and vacation-related promotions
