Position Overview

We are looking for friendly, organized individuals who enjoy helping others explore new destinations and create memorable vacation experiences. As a Virtual Vacation Consultant, you will work remotely with clients to understand their getaway ideas and help turn those ideas into coordinated plans.

The position involves researching vacation options, presenting suitable choices, assisting with reservations, and keeping clients informed throughout the process. You may assist with all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, romantic escapes, group trips, tours, special occasions, and international experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Gather information about each client's vacation interests, preferred dates, destination ideas, and spending range
  • Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and packaged vacation experiences
  • Compare available choices based on client priorities and requested amenities
  • Prepare personalized vacation options for clients to consider
  • Explain relevant package inclusions, promotions, reservation requirements, and important dates
  • Assist with arranging selected accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other services
  • Utilize approved supplier resources to coordinate reservation details
  • Organize confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information
  • Monitor outstanding planning items and follow up with clients as needed
  • Check traveler information and reservation details for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist with routine booking questions, modifications, and special requests
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, messaging, and virtual appointments
  • Maintain organized digital records of client communications and arrangements
  • Work with supplier partners when additional information or assistance is required

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Mexico, Spain, or another qualifying region.
