Responsibilities
- Assist clients with destination planning and travel coordination needs
- Research accommodations, activities, transportation options, and vacation experiences
- Help organize travel arrangements using approved company tools and resources
- Provide clients with important travel information, confirmations, and updates
- Support itinerary adjustments, schedule changes, and special requests when needed
- Ensure travel details and documentation are accurate and complete
- Maintain organized records and client profiles within company systems
- Communicate professionally through phone, email, and online platforms
- Stay informed on destination information, supplier updates, and company procedures
- Participate in training programs, team meetings, and ongoing development opportunities
