Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Work-From-Home Experience Advisor to assist clients with organizing and booking memorable travel experiences. In this fully remote role, you will help travelers explore destinations, coordinate reservations, and ensure all trip details are arranged smoothly and accurately.

No previous travel industry experience is required and comprehensive training and support is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to develop personalized travel plans based on their preferences and budget

  • Research destinations, accommodations, flights, transportation, and activities using approved booking systems

  • Compare travel options and finalize reservations for clients

  • Provide helpful travel information and destination recommendations

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through phone, email, and digital messaging platforms

  • Assist with itinerary updates, booking changes, and customer inquiries

  • Maintain accurate client records and reservation documentation

  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing development programs

Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Comfortable using computers and online systems

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Must be at least 18 years of age 

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S., UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
