We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Destination Planning Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking customized vacations—ranging from tropical beach getaways to international adventures—while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are interested in building a career in the travel industry. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided, and no prior travel experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with vacation planning, flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and excursions etc.
  • Provide destination insights, personalized recommendations, and travel recommendations
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
  • Handle end-to-end coordination of bookings and confirmations with travel partners
  • Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and documentation
Qualifications
  • Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Basic computer skills and reliable internet access
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
  • No prior travel industry experience required
