Overview

Were seeking motivated and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Group Travel Specialist. In this role, youll help coordinate travel arrangements for groups planning vacations, celebrations, and special events in destinations around the world.

As a Group Travel Specialist, you will work closely with clients to organize seamless travel experiences for groups such as family reunions, destination weddings, corporate retreats, and friends traveling together. From selecting the right resorts and destinations to coordinating flights and activities, youll play a key role in bringing group travel plans to life.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and want a flexible remote opportunity within the travel industry. No prior travel experience is necessary — we provide training, resources, and ongoing guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in organizing and booking travel arrangements for group vacations and events

• Gather details about group size, travel dates, destination preferences, and budgets

• Research and recommend destinations, resorts, and group-friendly travel packages

• Arrange travel services including flights, accommodations, group activities, and excursions

• Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel suppliers and partners

• Provide helpful information about destinations, travel documentation, and local attractions

• Update itineraries and assist with adjustments if travel plans change

• Maintain organized records of group bookings and client information
