Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with travelers to understand their vacation goals, interests, and budget considerations
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruise itineraries, and travel experiences
  • Develop personalized travel recommendations and itinerary options
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including lodging, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Assist clients with booking requests, confirmations, and travel documentation
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the planning process
  • Collaborate with supplier partners to secure reservations and manage updates
  • Keep client files, itineraries, and booking information accurate and organized
  • Stay informed about destination developments, travel promotions, and supplier programs
  • Deliver exceptional service designed to create a smooth and enjoyable planning experience

Qualifications

  • Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, or experience-based industries
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage details while handling multiple client requests
  • Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting
  • Basic proficiency with computers, internet research, and online communication tools
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
