Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, organized individuals to join our remote team as Scheduling & Support Specialist. In this role, you will help clients keep their vacation plans organized by coordinating requested services, tracking important dates, and providing timely support throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with schedules, managing details, assisting customers, and staying on top of multiple priorities. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather client information such as preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, and requested services.
  • Research and review available accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
  • Help coordinate selected arrangements while keeping schedules, reservation details, confirmations, and itinerary information organized.
  • Track deadlines and pending items, provide clients with updates, answer routine questions, and assist with standard adjustments when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, verify important details, and continue learning about destinations, suppliers, and available services.
