About the Opportunity

We are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Client Booking Consultant. In this role, you will help clients review vacation choices, coordinate selected arrangements, and stay on top of important booking details throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, researching options, and keeping information accurate and organized. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing learning resources are provided.

What You Will Do

  • Speak with clients to understand their preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and any special requests.
  • Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and package options based on client needs.
  • Help clients move forward with selected services using approved supplier resources and organize confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
  • Provide timely updates, answer routine questions, follow up on outstanding details, and assist with standard booking changes when necessary.
  • Review reservation information carefully, monitor upcoming deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue building destination and supplier knowledge.
