Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, organized individuals who enjoy working with people and helping turn vacation ideas into memorable experiences. As a Holiday Experience Advisor, you will guide clients through available vacation possibilities, provide personalized recommendations, and assist with arranging the services they select.

The role can involve many types of leisure vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, beach getaways, family trips, couples escapes, group vacations, international holidays, tours, and special celebrations.

Individuals new to the field can receive training and access to educational resources designed to build vacation-planning and client-service knowledge.

Your Role

• Connect with clients to discover what they want from their vacation experience
• Gather information about timing, budget, interests, accommodations, and preferred activities
• Explore vacation possibilities that match the client's priorities
• Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, packages, transportation, tours, and excursions
• Create tailored selections for clients to consider
• Explain key features, inclusions, policies, and other relevant information
• Assist clients as they decide which options work best for them
• Process selected arrangements using authorized supplier and reservation resources
• Double-check traveler information, dates, and booking details for accuracy
• Maintain organized records of reservations and client communications
• Keep track of payment schedules and other important milestones
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding decisions or information
• Provide helpful updates leading up to departure
• Support clients with routine questions or changes related to their arrangements
• Stay knowledgeable about new destinations, vacation products, and supplier offerings
