About the Opportunity
We are seeking personable, dependable individuals who enjoy connecting with customers and providing organized, responsive support. As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you will serve as a primary point of contact for travelers, helping them explore vacation possibilities and keeping their plans moving forward from the first conversation through trip preparation.
This remote opportunity welcomes candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Prior travel-industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing team support are provided.
What You Will Do
- Build rapport with clients, learn about their vacation preferences, dates, priorities, and budget, and research suitable resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and packages.
- Present relevant options, answer planning questions, and assist with coordinating selected services through approved supplier resources.
- Keep reservation information organized, including confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, deadlines, and applicable trip documentation.
- Maintain regular client communication, provide updates, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with routine adjustments or special requests.
- Review booking information for accuracy, maintain client records, and continue building product and destination knowledge through training.
