In this role, you will support clients with travel planning assistance, reservation coordination, and trip-related services while helping create smooth and enjoyable vacation experiences.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and handling details in a remote environment. Previous travel industry experience is not required, as onboarding, training, and continued support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and getaway experiences
- Research travel opportunities, accommodations, transportation, and package availability using approved booking tools
- Review travel confirmations and reservation details for accuracy and completion
- Provide professional recommendations and customer assistance based on travel preferences, timelines, and budget goals
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging systems
- Support itinerary revisions, booking updates, and customer service requests
- Maintain organized travel records, customer information, and booking documentation
- Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing development programs
