Position Overview

We're currently expanding our remote travel support division and are seeking motivated, service-minded individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Getaway Consultants. In this role, you'll help clients navigate the vacation planning process by providing personalized assistance, coordinating travel-related details, and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to confirmation.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and managing multiple moving parts in a flexible work-from-home setting. No previous travel industry experience is necessary comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning travel experiences based on their interests, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate vacation details including hotels, transportation, cruises, excursions, and activities
  • Review and compare travel options using approved booking and supplier systems
  • Keep clients informed with timely updates regarding reservations and next steps
  • Respond professionally to inquiries through phone, email, and online communication tools
  • Support itinerary adjustments, scheduling updates, and follow-up requests as needed
  • Maintain organized records and accurate client information within internal platforms
  • Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, training workshops, and team development meetings
