Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Support Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking customized travel experiences from tropical beach escapes to international adventures all within a flexible, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with end-to-end vacation planning, including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and excursions
Provide destination expertise, personalized recommendations, and professional travel guidance
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Stay current on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and itinerary updates with travel partners
Maintain accurate client profiles, booking details, and documentation
Qualifications
Passion for travel and creating meaningful client experiences
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with internet-based systems
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
No prior travel industry experience required; training and certification are provided
