Overview
We are currently expanding our support team and are seeking organized, people-focused individuals to join us as Travel Assistance Specialist. In this role, you will help clients prepare for upcoming vacations by assisting with planning steps, reviewing travel preferences, and helping ensure important itinerary details remain accurate throughout the preparation process.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, communicating clearly, and learning about leisure destinations such as beach resorts, cruises, guided tours, and international experiences while working within a flexible remote environment. Training resources and ongoing guidance are available to help you succeed from the beginning.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with coordinating travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, and excursions
- Review traveler interests to help identify suitable vacation options
- Provide helpful planning support during itinerary development
- Communicate with clients through email, online messaging platforms, and phone when appropriate
- Coordinate reservation confirmations with supplier partners
- Maintain organized and accurate itinerary records within internal systems
- Stay informed about destination updates, promotions, and travel opportunities
- Support clients through multiple stages of their trip preparation timeline
Candidate Qualifications
- Interest in travel support services and client coordination activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests while staying organized
- Comfortable working independently in a remote workspace
- Familiarity with basic computer tools and internet-based systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Autralia, Spain or other qualifying regions
- Previous travel industry experience is not required — structured onboarding is provided
