Position Overview
We are currently expanding our team and inviting applications for a Flexible Schedule Travel Specialist position. In this role, you will assist clients with organizing vacation plans, reviewing travel options, and helping ensure trip details are arranged accurately from initial planning through final confirmation.

What You'll Do
- Assist clients with coordinating travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and activities
- Explore destination options based on traveler preferences and trip goals
- Provide helpful recommendations to support planning decisions
- Communicate with clients using email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed
- Coordinate booking confirmations with supplier partners
- Maintain accurate itinerary details within internal systems
- Stay up to date on travel opportunities, promotions, and destination updates
- Support clients throughout multiple stages of their travel preparation process
What We're Looking For
- Interest in travel coordination and customer support services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote workspace
- Comfortable using online tools and computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved hiring region
