Position Overview

We are currently expanding our team and looking for individuals who enjoy helping clients find the right travel options to join us as Travel Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with travelers to evaluate their needs, present suitable travel choices, and assist in organizing complete trip arrangements.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, communicating with clients, and coordinating details behind the scenes while working in a flexible remote environment. Whether assisting with quick getaways or more detailed travel plans, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth planning experience. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Help clients identify and secure travel options including hotels, flights, cruises, and activities
• Evaluate traveler preferences to recommend suitable destinations and experiences
• Provide guidance and solutions to support planning decisions
• Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed
• Coordinate reservations and confirmations with supplier partners
• Keep client travel information accurate and organized within internal systems
• Stay updated on travel opportunities, promotions, and destination insights
• Assist clients from initial inquiry through final booking confirmation

Candidate Profile

• Interest in client-focused service and travel coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
• Comfortable using online tools and digital systems
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, Spain or another approved hiring region
• No prior travel experience required
