About the Opportunity
We're currently growing our remote travel operations team and are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join us as Travel Preparation Coordinators. In this role, you'll assist clients with organizing and finalizing travel arrangements while helping ensure every detail is prepared accurately before departure.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy planning, communication, and helping others create memorable travel experiences in a flexible work-from-home setting. No prior industry experience is necessary comprehensive training, resources, and ongoing guidance are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations, cruises, tours, accommodations, and transportation
- Help organize travel documents, reservation details, confirmations, and itinerary schedules
- Provide destination suggestions, travel information, and personalized recommendations based on client interests
- Communicate with travelers through phone, email, and digital communication platforms
- Coordinate booking details with approved suppliers and travel partners
- Monitor reservations and provide updates regarding upcoming travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records, client profiles, and planning documentation within internal systems
- Stay informed on current travel promotions, supplier offers, and destination updates
- Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing professional development programs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based systems
- Self-motivated with solid time-management abilities
- Interest in travel, hospitality, or customer experience roles
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another approved hiring region
