Overview
Do you enjoy helping people create memorable experiences while delivering exceptional service? We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team as Guest Experience Consultants.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to help them discover travel opportunities, organize vacation details, and navigate the planning process with confidence. From resort stays and cruise adventures to family vacations, special celebrations, and international travel experiences, you'll play an important role in ensuring every traveler receives personalized attention and support.
This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, organization, and building positive relationships. No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing development resources to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and selecting travel experiences that align with their interests and goals
- Provide destination insights, vacation recommendations, and travel planning guidance
- Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and vacation packages
- Support travelers throughout the booking and pre-departure process
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, online messaging, and virtual meetings
- Partner with travel suppliers to secure reservations and verify travel details
- Review itineraries and booking information to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel arrangements
- Monitor industry updates, destination news, and special travel promotions
- Deliver responsive, professional service that enhances the overall client experience
Qualifications
- Interest in hospitality, customer experience, travel, tourism, sales, or client services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
- Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and digital communication tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
