As a Lifestyle Travel Consultant, you'll help clients plan vacations that reflect their interests, preferences, and travel style. Whether they're looking for an adults-only resort, family getaway, cruise, wellness retreat, honeymoon, group vacation, or once-in-a-lifetime international journey, you'll provide personalized recommendations and coordinate every detail to make their trip as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

This flexible remote opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build a successful career.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients to understand their travel interests, budgets, and vacation goals
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, guided vacations, and unique travel experiences
  • Create personalized vacation recommendations tailored to each traveler's preferences
  • Coordinate reservations for hotels, resorts, transportation, activities, and excursions
  • Provide guidance on travel options, pricing, supplier offers, and itinerary planning
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, virtual meetings, and digital messaging platforms
  • Work alongside travel suppliers to secure bookings and confirm travel arrangements
  • Verify reservation details, travel documents, and itineraries for accuracy
  • Maintain organized client profiles and booking records
  • Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier promotions, and travel industry updates
  • Deliver attentive service before, during, and after each client's trip

Qualifications

  • Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, tourism, lifestyle consulting, or sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with computers and web-based applications
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional service
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
