Overview

We are growing our team and seeking motivated individuals with a passion for travel to join us as Luxury Travel Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients in designing and booking high-end travel experiences tailored to their preferences, interests, and lifestyle.

As a Luxury Travel Consultant, youll help travelers plan exceptional journeys — from luxury beach resorts and private island escapes to sophisticated international adventures. Youll work closely with clients to create personalized itineraries that deliver comfort, exclusivity, and unforgettable experiences.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and want a flexible opportunity to grow within the travel industry. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to design customized luxury travel experiences

• Research and recommend premium destinations, resorts, cruises, and exclusive travel packages

• Coordinate travel arrangements

• Provide clients with destination insights, travel tips, and itinerary guidance

• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital communication platforms

• Manage the full booking process with travel suppliers and partners

• Stay informed about luxury travel trends, promotions, and new destination offerings

• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, itineraries, and reservations

Qualifications

• Interest in luxury travel and creating personalized experiences for clients

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable using computers and online systems

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another eligible region

Previous travel industry experience is not required, as training and certification guidance will be provided.
