About the Role

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Virtual Reservation Manager to support clients with planning and securing their travel arrangements. In this fully remote position, you will assist travelers with researching destinations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring each booking is completed accurately from start to finish.

This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong attention to detail, and can confidently manage responsibilities while working independently from home. If you enjoy travel planning and providing excellent service, this opportunity offers a flexible way to build experience in the travel industry.

No prior travel industry experience is required training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with coordinating customized travel plans based on their interests and budget

  • Research destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities using approved booking platforms

  • Evaluate options and secure reservations for clients

  • Provide helpful travel insights and accurate information throughout the planning process

  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and online messaging tools

  • Manage itinerary updates, booking changes, and service-related requests

  • Maintain organized client profiles and reservation documentation

  • Participate in virtual meetings, training programs, and ongoing development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer-service mindset with solid organizational abilities

  • Comfortable using computers and navigating online systems

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
