About the Role

We are seeking polished, relationship-driven individuals to join our remote team as High-Touch Client Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with clients who value personalized attention, clear communication, and well-coordinated vacation planning.

You will help guide clients from their initial ideas through final arrangements by researching suitable options, organizing requested services, and providing consistent follow-up along the way. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about each client's destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, priorities, and individual requests.
  • Research premium resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, activities, and other vacation experiences using approved resources.
  • Coordinate selected arrangements and keep booking details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized and current.
  • Maintain attentive communication by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes or special requests.
  • Review arrangements for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain detailed client records, and continue building destination and supplier knowledge.
