Position Overview

We are expanding our virtual team and seeking organized, dependable individuals to join us as Remote Travel Assistant. In this role, you will support clients with researching vacation options, organizing trip details, and coordinating requested arrangements from the initial planning stage through departure.

You may assist with resort stays, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, tours, group experiences, and international destinations. This opportunity is suitable for individuals who enjoy research, customer interaction, and managing details while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather client information including destinations, dates, preferences, and budget considerations
  • Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and vacation packages
  • Help identify options that meet individual traveler requests
  • Assist with coordinating selected services through approved supplier resources
  • Organize confirmations, reservation information, and itinerary details
  • Monitor important booking dates and follow up on outstanding information
  • Review traveler names, dates, and reservation details for accuracy
  • Provide clients with timely updates regarding their arrangements
  • Respond to routine questions and assist with reservation updates when applicable
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
  • Maintain accurate electronic client and reservation records
  • Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, and current promotions
  • Provide courteous and dependable assistance throughout the planning process

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  • Confidence researching information online
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
  • Willingness to learn reservation platforms and digital tools

  • Motivation to participate in training and continued education
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
