We are seeking personable, dependable individuals who enjoy connecting with customers, learning about their needs, and providing organized support. As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients as they explore vacation possibilities and make decisions about their upcoming plans.
Your responsibilities will include client communication, researching available options, coordinating requested arrangements, and keeping important information organized. No previous travel-industry experience is required. Training and continued learning resources are provided.
How You'll Support Clients
- Connect with clients to learn about their vacation interests, preferred dates, priorities, and spending range
- Ask questions to better understand each traveler's expectations and requested experiences
- Explore hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, excursions, and vacation packages
- Research and compare available choices based on individual client needs
- Share relevant information to help clients confidently evaluate their options
- Coordinate selected services using approved supplier and reservation resources
- Organize booking information and provide confirmations, schedules, itineraries, and applicable documentation
- Maintain communication with clients and provide updates as arrangements progress
- Follow up regarding outstanding selections, deadlines, or information needed to complete reservations
- Assist with routine changes, cancellations, scheduling updates, and special requests
- Review client and reservation information for accuracy
- Maintain current records of client conversations, preferences, and arrangements
- Participate in supplier education and destination training
