Summary
Our team is currently welcoming individuals who enjoy customer-focused work and coordinating memorable experiences to join us as Journey Experience Specialists. In this role, you'll help clients prepare for upcoming trips by assisting with travel arrangements, itinerary support, and destination planning within a flexible virtual environment.
This opportunity is well suited for people who enjoy staying organized, communicating with others, and learning about travel experiences ranging from relaxing getaways to international adventures. Support, training, and mentorship are available to help you build confidence and succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Help travelers organize vacation plans including hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, and excursions
- Review traveler interests and budgets to suggest suitable travel options
- Share destination ideas and planning recommendations to support client decisions
- Maintain communication with clients through email, online platforms, and phone when appropriate
- Coordinate reservation details and confirmations with travel suppliers
- Keep itinerary information accurate and updated within internal systems
- Monitor travel news, promotions, and destination opportunities relevant to clients
- Provide ongoing support throughout the planning and booking process
Qualifications
- Interest in client support and travel-related services
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Organized and comfortable handling multiple requests at once
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other qualifying regions
- No previous travel industry experience required
