Position Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking individuals who enjoy helping others create memorable travel experiences. As a Travel Experience Consultant, you will work directly with clients to organize customized trip details and provide guidance throughout the planning process using a fully virtual setup.

This role is well suited for dependable communicators who like working with people, staying organized, and learning about destinations around the world. Training resources and mentorship are provided to support your development from the beginning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist travelers with coordinating trip components such as hotels, flights, cruises, and excursions
  • Identify destination options that align with client interests and travel goals
  • Provide helpful suggestions to enhance each client's travel plans
  • Communicate with travelers through email, messaging tools, and phone when needed
  • Confirm reservation details with approved supplier partners
  • Stay informed about special promotions and seasonal travel opportunities
  • Keep planning details updated within booking and tracking systems
  • Deliver consistent support throughout the client's preparation timeline
Candidate Profile
  • Enjoys supporting others while planning meaningful trips
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Organized and able to manage several requests at once
  • Comfortable working independently in a structured online environment
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
  • Prior travel industry experience is not required onboarding support is provided
