Destination Services Advisor

Position Summary

We are adding new team members and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Destination Services Advisor. In this role, you will support travelers by helping coordinate destination-specific arrangements, reviewing available travel components, and ensuring trip details are properly prepared before departure.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients during the planning phase of their trips by helping organize destination-related details
• Evaluate lodging options, transportation selections, and activity availability using approved supplier platforms
• Offer guidance that reflects each traveler's preferences, expectations, and spending plans
• Communicate with clients through digital messaging, email correspondence, and scheduled calls as needed
• Assist with itinerary revisions, confirmations, and follow-up service requests
• Keep documentation current and properly recorded within internal systems
• Attend scheduled onboarding sessions and ongoing team training activities
