In this position, you'll support clients by designing personalized vacation experiences from relaxing beach retreats to exciting international journeys—while working within a flexible remote environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the vacation planning process from start to finish
  • Research and coordinate travel components such as airfare, resorts, cruises, tours, and excursions
  • Offer destination suggestions based on traveler preferences and interests
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Build lasting relationships by delivering attentive customer support
  • Stay current on supplier updates, travel trends, and promotional opportunities
  • Confirm reservations and coordinate details with approved travel partners
  • Maintain organized and accurate client and booking records
