About the Position
Our expanding remote coordination department is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Experience Scheduling Specialists. In this role, you'll help clients organize travel plans, coordinate scheduling details, and assist with reservation-related tasks to help ensure each trip is prepared smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist clients with scheduling requests, vacation preferences, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate accommodations, cruises, flights, transportation services, tours, and activities
- Review travel availability and pricing using approved supplier and booking platforms
- Organize itinerary details, reservation confirmations, and scheduling updates
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and web-based messaging systems
- Support clients with itinerary modifications, booking updates, and follow-up assistance
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized client records within internal systems
- Monitor destination information, supplier announcements, and promotional travel offers
- Attend remote onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing team development programs
