Overview

Our growing remote travel support team is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Guest Experience Specialist. In this role, you will support travelers throughout the planning process by helping organize trip details, coordinating reservations, and ensuring every stage of their journey is handled with accuracy and care from start to finish.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, staying organized, and working independently within a flexible remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required full training, onboarding, and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with travel planning requests, preferences, and scheduling needs
  • Help coordinate travel components including hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Research and evaluate available travel options using approved booking systems and supplier platforms
  • Provide timely updates on reservation status, confirmations, and itinerary progress
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital messaging platforms
  • Support itinerary adjustments, booking modifications, and follow-up coordination
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized client records within internal systems
  • Track supplier updates, destination information, and promotional offers relevant to travel plans
  • Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, training programs, and ongoing development activities

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico, Australia, or other approved hiring regions
